Options for Booking Sheeler Shelters Condos

We list our unit on the Airbnb website for those preferring to make reservations through an aggregation company. (There is a link to our Airbnb a listing above the photos on this website's main page). Airbnb is a very popular site but charges its users something on the order of 14% of the rental amount as a service fee. Airbnb has its own rental terms, booking assurances, and insurance offerings. Please also be aware of its cancellation and change policies and fees. You may want to keep all of those differences in mind if you go with AirBnB to book your stay.

You can also book with us directly using our booking request form. To be fair, direct booking is a bit more complicated than Airbnb. Since we don't charge a booking fee or a reservation fee or a service fee, direct booking is a little less expensive. You can find condo availability information on our main page. The nightly rates (in US$) are shown in the table below; those rates are based on the season and the condo. Airbnb may dynamically adjust these rates based on its knowledge of the local market. We may, from time to time, have some last minute "gap filling" specials. We invoice directly and use PayPal or Venmo for payment (with billing you their transaction fees) or payment by (US funds) check (no fee). A US$ 180 cleaning fee is applied to all bookings. In general, there is also a refundable security deposit for all direct bookings. Please see the rental agreement for all of the "fine print" (terms and conditions - specifically including deposit, payment, and cancellation) when you book directly from us.
